BULK RE-LAMPING

We can deliver significant savings in lighting and energy costs as well as improvements to the internal environment by bulk relamping and diffuser cleaning throughout a building.

MICROWAVE LEAKAGE TESTING

Microwave ovens are usually used on a daily basis and, after a period of time, the door seals can become faulty, causing leakage levels to exceed the recommended limit.

We use the latest equipment to check the radiation levels are within the legal limits as well as checking the door seals and the internal condition of the microwave.

We issue a certificate for every microwave tested.

ELECTRICAL REPAIRS

We can carry out electrical repairs such as:

Replace lamps or fluorescent tube fittings.
Fix faulty light switches.
Replace faulty circuit breakers.
Fix or replace faulty light fittings.
Repair faulty socket outlets (power sockets).
Repair faulty cookers.
Repair faulty electrical heating systems ( ie. storage heaters).

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

We can carry out scheduled maintenance work such as:

Cleaning light fittings.
Inspecting fixed equipment.
Water temperature checks.
PAT Testing.
Arrange periodic testing inspections, etc.

EMERGENCY LIGHT TESTING/REPAIRS

Servicing of the emergency lighting systems should be carried out at six monthly intervals in addition to a monthly flash test as stipulated in the British Standards BS EN 5266.
