INSTALLATION (Night Storage Heaters Only)

• We can install your night storage heater at competitive prices and the price we quote includes removal of your old night storage heater from site.
• We can install the new heater providing there is a suitable electrical supply outlet within 500mm from where the heater is to be fitted.
• Installation is only available within a 50 mile radius of Plymouth.

DELIVERY TERMS

• Delivery is free on all goods.
• Deliver is available to mainland UK only.
• Storage heaters will be delivered to the ground floor of your premises only (unless you have chosen installation). We can arrange a certain day (providing that the item is in stock) but we are unable to be specific about time of delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro cards in addition to payment by PayPal.
• We use a SSL secure server for online credit and debit card transactions so you may purchase with complete confidence.

PRICES

• All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT.
• We reserve the right, by giving notice at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the goods to reflect any increase in the cost to us which is due to any factor beyond our control.

WARRANTY AND CANCELLATIONS

• You have up to 24 hours before delivery to cancel an order.
• If a problem arises with your purchase, please contact us on 01752 348061 and we will arrange for one of the manufacturer's engineers to come out under the warranty period.
